No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. My order was not correct when I received it and they replaced my item very quickly. Communications were detailed and exact.
